BOULDER, CO. September 1, 2011 — Imatest LLC is pleased to announce that Michael Minard has joined the Company as Chief Operating Officer. Michael has over 20 years experience in managing scientific and technical businesses and is a specialist in commercialization processes and the implementation of corporate strategy. Michael will take over Imatest’s day-to-day operations.
Before serving as an Executive VP at General Electric, Michael progressed through the ranks of Lockheed and IBM. Michael has in-depth experience in managing sales teams, marketing and operations, and has been responsible for creating and launching major new lines of business with resulting revenue streams in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

The Company has also expanded its board of managers to include Michael Minard and John Schoonbrood. Mr. Schoonbrood has an MBA from the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, and has had extensive experience as a financial and operational executive, working in both high growth and in distressed environments. He currently serves as the co-founder and President of Azantis, Inc.
